K&J started off in early 2006 at Ras Al Khor with a simple business setup of less than 40 Machines and 10 staff. At that point of time it’s operations were restricted to just Energy Solutions. The company shifted it’s base to Dubai Investment Park at the end of 2006 and underwent a major revamp in operations.
Vertical integration into operations such as Winding, Dynamic Balancing, Machine Shop, Fuel Injection and so on were done on a continuous basis to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality of operations. This also resulted in systematic decreasing of delivery time which helped lay a strong foundation. At each step of addition, qualified staff were throughly screened before selection so as to complement and improve the existing productivity levels. K&J proudly believes in long term commitments with it’s employees rather than a short tenure period and this reflects in the workforce as well with some employees being as old as the company itself.
